Khaled Abou-Eid
Executive Director
Khaled has an extensive background in the Financial Services industry having spent more than 20 years as a financial planner, managing in excess of $100 million in funds under management. For over 20 years in this role he has maintained strong relationships built on client trust & loyalty. Bringing these attributes and skills to his role with OCC, Khaled now manages all workflow and oversees budget management.
David Primerano
Director/Principal Builder
David brings over two decades of expertise in delivering high-calibre construction projects throughout Victoria, spanning commercial, industrial, healthcare and government sectors. With a qualified civil engineering background and extensive leadership in his own construction firm, David consistently delivers outcomes on time, within budget and at very high quality.
In 2018 David won the prestigious MBA award for best Commercial Projects up to $12m for his complete delivery of the Jemena Office & Warehouse in Broadmeadows.
Jackson Barling
Construction Manager
Jackson has spent the past 15 years working across the construction and maritime industries, gaining a broad range of hands-on experience and continually developing his technical knowledge and skill set.
He brings a positive attitude to every project and takes great pride in his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
Jaye Bowden
Estimator/Project Manager
Jaye has over 10 years experience in both the construction and finance industries, working for both NAB and running his own civil plumbing business.
His years of hands-on experience in estimating, budgeting and cost control allow for him to deliver projects on time and with a high attention to detail.
Patrick Marks
Project Manager
Patrick has been in both the domestic and commercial construction realms, shaping his understanding of the industry from the ground up.
His hands-on experience fuels his passion for delivering projects that stand the test of time.
With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, his dedication is reflected in every project he undertakes.
Rocco Primerano
Contracts Admin Cadet
Rocco has a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach which allows him to support senior staff in managing documentation, project costs and ensure compliance across all stages of the project lifecycle.
He brings enthusiasm, along with strong communication and organisational skills which allows him to be fast developing a sound knowledge of the construction industry.
